Matt, Baker, Chief Engagement Officer, Matt has been running businesses of all sizes for over 40 years. He understands how to increase profitability and employee performance and has a successful track record of improving the bottom line. As a business consultant, he has worked with companies to break through barriers to hit new milestones. His specialty is taking lessons learned in the field and applying them to help your company solve a problem or improve performance. 

Prior to ATB, Matt founded and ran an experiential learning and outdoor adventure company, Terrapin Adventures, for fourteen years. Before that Matt was an innovative healthcare executive for 25 years. Matt has traveled the world seeking adventure from the mountains of New Zealand, to the Serengeti plains of Africa, to the cloud forests of Costa Rica. He has led many groups on strategic planning retreats, conducting SWOT analysis, and looked at group dynamics via personality profiles. He received his B.S. from University of Massachusetts and M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Lee Schreitz, Senior Facilitator, spent thirty-five plus years working with schools and non-profits as an outdoor leadership instructor. Lee has an easy-going style that puts teams at ease. She is excellent at using experiential education to teach valuable lessons. Lee is skilled at helping people challenge themselves and gain confidence. Lee is an avid outdoors person skilled in backpacking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, biking. She has led groups both domestically and internationally. 

She is certified by the American Canoe Association and completed a National Outdoor Leadership School Risk Management certification. She graduated from Vermont College with a B.A. She is a Wilderness First Responder making her quick on her feet and she can quickly assess and help grou
